I have a 60 h Johnson 1998 , cranks well , runs well. initially it seams to load up when I am trying to get to plane.It has not been worked on in a while . Is the load up situation card related or is the motor shot . Once the motor catches up it runs great . I know I need to get it adjusted or worked on . I am 70 and retired . do not need a constant lost cause . not computer literate , just need to know to fish or cut bait /// thanks
