    I need an owners manual for a 6R-70B 6hp outboard.Where can I locate one of these.

    The "Owners Manual" is simply a small brochure... then there is a "Parts Manual" and a "Service Manual".

    Are you sure it's a Owners Manual that you're looking for?

      manuals

      I just bought this off a guy and it hasn't run for years. A service manual and parts manual also. Maybe a name of a good mechanic in the Athens Ga. area.

        Start at top of page "Purchase Johnson Parts" then via "search" click on and work you way into the type manual(s) you want.

        I just did a mock search to see what is offered... there's anything you might need there... Owner, parts, service manuals. Quite an assortment.

          Manual

          They only went back to 1976 on the manuals. They gave me some information on how to find one. I have a service manual on the way. Thanks a lot.
