I have a 1996 Johnson 88hp that runs perfect when on a hose. Take it to the lake and it bogs down when given throttle . runs about 5mph but when I give it gas it won't pick up speed. The compression on all 4 it 110 to 112. Good spark. Can't figure out why it runs good on a hose but bogs down at the lake under load. Anyone got any ideas?
