can anyone help need to know if there is a idle air adjustment on the 2002 175 crrb motor and where they on the carbs i have a stalling issue on warm start up and long idle times after it is warm please help

Varify that you do not have debri in any of the carburetors. The mixture screw is in the front of the carburetors.

the carbs are brand new and factory set but i live in florida with the hot and humid air thoght i would try to make small adjustments on the carbs to see if it would help

No adjustment, it has fixed jets would have to change jets.

Varify timing, carburetor syncronization and idle adjustment.
