I have on question for you and that is what is the most important parts that must work to restart an engine that have been drowned in seawater ? I have already steamed and gone over all electrical connectors on the motor the type is Johnson 150ILEUC 1997 model , the motor is turning fine
I have already ordered a new power board since the mounted one is short circuited since the powertrim is running everytime I connect the battery

Drain the fuel and oil system. Fogg the engine and double oil when you start.
