1979 Johnson 35EL77C wiring

I just pulled the boat out of the garage where it has sat for a few years. All the wiring insulation is cracking and falling off the now green copper wires. I need to buy a wiring harness for the engine under the cowling. Looking at the engine model numbers on this site they do not seem to have my particular engine # Do they sell wiring harnesses? What to do? This is something I would like to repair myself if at all possible. Thanks for any help that y'all can give!
