prop shaft run out

On a 2003 J115PLSTS, what is the allowable run out for the outboard end of the prop shaft and where is it measured? The shaft is currently installed in the gearcase with prop removed. Also, where can I purchase Johnson tool #311875, spline scocket?

The service manual doesn't list a spec for end play.
