Several small threaded holes on motor lacking hardware and in the picture is one just below and left of spark plug. That is #5 bolt below it on the head, Boat/Motor was winterized by a shop before I bought it so I was wondering if that could be what they were for. I saw several hexagon shaped plugs on the motor elsewhere that looked like the were the same size Holes seemed to deadhead inside.. Motor is a 1998 Johnson 150 HP carbureted. Thank you.

Just received my OMC manual and looks like those unused holes are in the motors displayed in the manual. Must be something that's used during production. In the near future I'll be removing the VRO on this motor so I'll be asking questions again.
