2003 50 hp 4 stroke trim problem

Hi guys ... new here ..my motor ( suzuki made ) trims up but not down ... only clicks ... how can I test relays without removing them and also motor test .. any help would be appreciated .. lots of info online with 5 contact relay but mine are 4 contact.

If it trims up then trim motor is ok, just replace relay.

Thanks for your response .. I checked the pricing on the relay a whopping $ 186.00 canadian each .... got to find after market . any suggestions
