Carburetor questions 85 J115MLCO 0393777/778

1st thanks for ur time : I have a 85 Jonson J115MLCO carb #s 0393777 / 778 - I cant find any carb air/idle slow speed adjustment screws anywhere on these - are these adjustable somewhere?

engine carbs had rebuilt kit put in 2 years ago - compressions excellent - the timing was off some readjusted that last fall - eng always was a poor cold starter and still is - once warmed up it starts good (hard starting @ cold only) any idea what that cold starting problem could be and how to fix it ? No there is no adjustments on that carb it has fixed jets. Make sure choke plates are closing completely when activate choke. Pump fuel primer bulb up firm, give it about 1/3 throttle and hold choke on until it fires.
