95 Johnson 50hp idle issue

I just purchased a boat with a 1995 Johnson 50 hp 2 cylinder outboard, stalls at idle, carbs have been cleaned and new kits installed and adjusted per service manual, compression check 130-135 psi. Motor runs fine off idle, also starts and idles fine on muffs. Any help would me much appreciated.

Need to do sync and link, check that carbs, linkage and timing advance are all in sync and properly adjusted. Compression has to be even on all cylinders or no more than 15% difference. Bad or leaking intake gaskets can cause that as well, make sure all cylinders are firing at idle speed.
