Johnson 200 1997 Throttle Body cleaning procedures??
ive removed cover and cleaned out needle valve hole and hole above it. I think I see three really small holes behind cover in the top Of the triangle cup

PicsOk it’s 4 holes in top V and 2 holes in side hole. I cleaned and ran wire through them and blew out with air.

Can't see the pictures. If it's the carbs you are cleaning then remove and clean jets.

No I’m rebuilding the carbs. I wanted to clean the TB while apart. I think I got it though. It’s 4 tiny holes behind the plate and then 2 holes also. But I’m wondering about the carburetor builds. The oem kits came with a plastic washer that goes under the float fitting. My carbs didn’t have the washer installed. So I installed it and float hangs up. Removed it and float works perfect.

No need for gaskets under float valve seat on plastic carbs.
