Johnson 1981 Possible fuel Issue

Hi again Guys.

As you can tell i'm very new to Outboards lol.. i have a 1981 Johnson J60TLC1H... I can get it started briefly then gives a little puff noise and stalls.

If i have the choke on it seems to flood quickly, and choke off cant start it at all...

I've attached a vid here. I've replaced the fuel pump, new fuel lines, in motor and to tote tank. Compression on cylinders is around 105 on both.

Does it look to be a fuel issue?

OK, ive checked the valve on the tote is open, ive checked the coils, plugs are good, pump seems to be working, still just cuts out after starting.

Sounds like fuel problem, probably need to remove and clean carbs and replace fuel filter.

Solved... I forgot to put the rear pump mounting gasket back on.
