Johnson 35hp will not start. New starter & solenoid installed. Seems like its struggling to turn flywheel. Removed 1 spark plug and starter engaged flywheel, spins it with ease and outboard will start up and run on 1 cylinder no problem. Put other spark plug back in and back to same problem? Seems like its over compression?? Not sure if thats even a thing??
