I have a 2002 Johnson 115hp 2stroke 60 degree v4 that replaced the original 90hp v4 in my new to me 1990 Sea Nymph. Motor runs very well with no issue. I do have a Water Pressure Ga on the dash that is not working. I am sure it was connected to the original motor but I cannot tell if it is currently connected or if it is faulty. Can someone help?

Water Pressure Gauge Question

The gauge has a pressure tubing that connects to a hose fitting on head, would need to remove fitting from old engine and install on 115 and connect tubing.

Thankyou for the reply! Do you know if this would be a hard plastic tubing or soft? I have traced a rubber type tubing from the gauge to a nipple on the back of the block. Perhaps the gauge is bad.or perhaps it is hooked up wrong?
I have also noticed that on the accessory page of instruments for the 2002 115hp, only a temperature gauge is listed, not a pressure gauge. The pressure gauge is listed for the original 90hp from 1990.
Confusing..

Normally a soft rubber hose but could be plastic tubing.
