Hey Guys I have another question. I have a 1997 Venom on a 201 Pro Elite stratos, with a 5" setback jackplate. What should the proper depth below the pad be for the prop?

Frankly I don't have the answer to that question.... and there doesn't appear to be many members on this site. If you don't receive a answer here, try the following where I'm sure you will.

Start with the prop shaft about 2 inches below the pad..carefully adjust from there. WATCH the water pressure.
