Ocean Pro L/U?

Hi guys. Hoping someone could answer this question...I have a 1990 Johnson 225 VRO (no model# or Serial # available) that needs more work than I have the time for, and I have the opportunity to buy a 1998 225 Ocean Pro that'll bolt on, ready to go. The kicker is, the O/P has no lower unit. Will my L/U bolt up to the O/P or are there differences that'll force me to purchase a L/U for the Ocean Pro?
