I have a 25hp electric/remote Johnson w/ S.L.O.W.
Motor starts and idles fine. As soon as you apply a
load, it acts like S.L.O.W. is activated, although there
is no horn, and the engine is not overheating. It also
doesn;t appear to be charging. any suggestions would
